The attention to detail was second to none. Everything you could need provided so if you had a long travel you can make a brew if you need and even have a pastrie! Or save for your breakfast. The location in Stornoway is brilliant - close to the ferry and bus station. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and was excellently equipped. The beds were most comfortable and the flat as warm as we wanted. All appliances were easy to operate, but in any event clear instructions were available. We were delighted with the flat and wished we were staying longer.

Exceptionally nice host was very welcoming when I arrived exhausted and later alerted me to potential ferry cancellation due to weather a few days out. Saved me from a shock when it was! The unit itself was also terrific!
