The bed was so comfortable and the place itself is so cute! Perfect little studio, just what we needed! The sofa is very comfortable but the TV isn’t smart so make sure you bring a fire stick if you want to watch Netflix. Loved the look and the feel of the place, felt just at home! The parking is great, and I love that you feel private with your own little courtyard/garden, would be better if it had some outside seating but it was still really good!

Pear Tree Loft is located right next to the river Avon and has a super garden in which to wander. We stayed for three nights and found the accommodation to be first class. The spiral staircase was tricky to negotiate with our luggage but that wouldn’t put us off staying again. Unfortunately, we stayed just as the area suffered massive rainstorms which caused the river to flood making getting around very difficult, additionally the water knocked out the heat pump so we had no heating or hot water one of the nights. The owners managed to rectify this the following morning.

Location was the best, right on top of everything - house was very cosy, lovely fire in the lounge and heating was on and place was warm. Hot Tub was a big feature for us and a lovely terrace to relax on. Surprised how warm it was for December - would be lovely in the summer.

This is a great place to stay. The bed is very comfortable which is important to me as I have a bad back. It was spotlessly clean for our stay. Lovely location overlooking fields but close to amenities.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. We recently stayed at Spinneycross and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The B&B was very comfortable, had beautiful gardens and views. It was situated in a lovely quiet area.
Dot was a warm, kind and friendly host. Dot’s breakfasts were so nice and presented beautifully.
A really great location with stunning views. Very quiet and ideal for a short stay. The kitchen area was well stocked with fresh local produce of high quality. Corsham town is only a few minutes away and not expensive via a cab if you want to spend the evening at either The Methuen Arms or Flemish Weaver which are both fantastic for food and drink. Bath and Bradford on Avon aren’t too far via car and well worth visiting.
We were in the very spacious studio apartment and we loved the quirky / eclectic mix of furniture and decor. The view from the private decking is glorious. Everything we needed for self catering was there and the pub 20 minutes stroll away was very good too.
Lovely fresh bread, milk, jam, tea, coffee and breakfast supplied. Excellent kitchen facilities. Very modern apartment, well equipped and easy to find / access. Hosts were fantastic communicators - all very straightforward.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated keeping many of the original features and is situated in a beautiful part of the country. The apartment has all the essentials you need for your stay. Graham, the host, was great, keeping in contact and giving us directions. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely studio apartment. Good communication with host before we arrived. Bed very comfortable. Small kitchen and dining table which was very handy. Given plenty of towels and some breakfast supplies. Parking area directly in front of the sliding front door. Location is great with easy driving distance to Cotswolds and Bath etc. Would recommend!
