Location is superb, footpaths everywhere, short or long walks to country pubs with great food, don't even have to touch a road to one of them! Lots of rivers, hills, valleys & lakes. Lots of things to do around the area. We didn't even have to go shopping! The breakfast bits were such a lovely addition, really appreciated that!! Hosts super friendly, easy going, easy to talk to.

Secure easy parking
Warm clean apartment well equipped. Everything is there. Quiet at back of building. Secure keypads to get in. 2 bedrooms and main room is fairly spacious with comfy settees and breakfast bar type area.
Oven and hob are brilliant and full sized fridge freezer.
Much better than the photos.
We had a good happy few days there.

Everything was perfect, the Golden Fleece is a little hidden gem 🙂 its beautiful inside and out it has a veranda built around the hut and the view is amazing. Barbara is a lovely lady very helpful and we got some lovely goodies left in the hut for us we would defo come back xx

Couldn't ask for more supermarket like 100 meters away with electric car charg.

Great walks down the canal like 10 different walks literally 5 metres from the door.

Very cute, comfortable apartment, with excellent layout and cleanliness. Its close to the center, just a few minutes' walk. Also close to the supermarkets, which is an additional plus. Despite the fact that the apartment is directly on a road that is quite busy during the day, it is still comfortable to be inside because it has excellent sound insulation, so silence and peace are guaranteed. In the beginning, unfortunately, we had a problem with the Wifi but the owner, Chris, did everything to help us to successfully establish an internet connection. The owner is very kind, cultured and always willing to help.
The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has necessary hygiene items and the kitchen is also very spacious and equipped. And all that for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend and would like to come again. 😊

Very clean, well equipped, nicely furnished, modern apartment over two floors - kitchenette on ground floor, bathroom, bedroom with large comfortable bed and small table for dining, TV etc on first floor. Communication for access and parking clear and simple. Quiet and pleasant location.
The apartment called the Hayloft was beautifully decorated, clean & very comfortable.
The surroundings were beautiful . The landlady was extremely welcoming & very helpful .
Lots of extras such as tea, coffee, sugar, condiments etc. all complimentary .

We had a fantastic 5 days staying at this apartment it was absolutely spotless and had everything you need for a self-catering stay. The shower was lovely and the led lights in the ceiling are a great touch it's a very modern apartment. The location couldn't have been better only 2 minute walk into the town with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, etc. Would definitely recommend it and will certainly be back again.
The Loft is an airy studio apartment in a quiet and peaceful residential countryside setting. I appreciated the privacy of access on the main property and of the studio itself. The space works well for a solo traveller or for a bed-sharing pair.
We went to a wedding at The Plough and this apartment was the perfect find for somewhere to stay. Eloise was so kind, allowing us to leave our car at 1 even though check-in wasn't until 3. She was incredibly helpful and even sent us a list of taxi numbers.
The apartment itself is lovely and had everything we needed. The bed is soooooo comfy and everything was spotless. If I was in the area again, I would definitely book The Loft.
I always read reviews before I book a room with a focus on cleanliness. This actual booking met and exceeded my expectations in cleanliness. A beautiful self contained apartment within a large house. The apartment had everything you would need for a short stay or even longer. If 12 out of 10 is allowed then Dove House deserves it.
