The flat had good quality appliances, the added touch of supplies such as milk, bread, butter, cereal etc was very welcome and unexpected. The Christmas decorations were lovely. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water in the showers. The location was perfect and the host allowed us to park in a private location although it was a 5 minute walk from the flat. But well worth it for the central location. Diana, the host was very flexible and welcoming. Truly a lovely place to stay in Stratford, so walkable.

The communication with the owner is prompt and clear. The owner let us check in early since the apartment is available and we arrived too early after getting off cruise ship. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of the town on the side street. It's close to everything in the town. A very good experience.

The place was incredible! Brand new interior, spacious, short walk to everything, kind and responsive hosts, all the amenities we needed. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

Butchers flat is really lovely - comfortable and cosy with everything that you could possibly need. The finishes and furnishings were so beautiful and well thought out. Location is excellent- a great place to explore the Cotswolds and the lovely village of chipping Campden.
A perfect little loft/cottage. Beautifully decorated, spacious and with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The dedicated car parking spaces were very appreciated in the Cotswolds! The weather was pretty terrible so only used the wee courtyard garden once, but was so cosy to light the wood burning stove (in July!).
Every thing was top class, we love Chipping Campden so with the apartment being in the centre of the village, close to pubs, shops and great walks it was perfect. Cooking in the kitchen was great. The outside area was superb for breakfast outside. We will stay at this property again definitely. Instructions on how to access the apartment was clear and easy to use.
Self catering so no food supplied, although there was a number of items supplied, ie, the basics for making tea, coffee, breakfast etc. which was lovely.
The cottage was amazing with everything we needed and right in the town, but also tucked away in its own courtyard so perfect for what we wanted.

Great location right in the centre of Chipping Campden. The apartment was as described and shown in the photographs and had everything we needed for our four night stay. We would certainly choose Over the Arches if we visit Chipping Campden again.
They appeared short of waiting staff but everyone was working flat out and remained friendly and positive. We were required to place breakfast orders the night before which we thought was a bit restrictive but everything worked out well. Room service appeared to be contracted out but they did a good job. Post covid some hotels are trying to ditch room service but swapping this for a free glass of wine does not do it for us. We would stay somewhere else if there was no servicing of our room.
Excellent hosts, great knowledge of the area for ideas of walks, places to visit. Super location, nestled away from the hustle and bustle and great to hear wildlife all throughout the day.
Very cute apartment with everything you'll need for a self catering holiday.
