It was a comfortable stay, had all the facilities. The host was very responsive and kind. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Shops nearby, quiet and a safe feel to it. Very private. Enjoyed it highly. Would recommend.

They went out of their way to make our family Christmas a very special one. The whole flat was decorated with the Christmas tree, lights and other decorations making us feel at home. Paul was very friendly and helpful ensuring to supply all we needed in the property. There were a few things to be improved in the property but I imagine the owner is on track doing that as informed by Paul. The property is secure.
The property is 5 minutes away from local shops, supermarket such as Lidl, Asda, and an indoor market, as well as the tube station where you can be in central London within half hour. Thank you for contributing to make our stay so special. Both my children and I really enjoyed it. Fully recommend it.

The location is close and well connected to the Lee Valley Athletics Centre, which was important to me.

Had a 6 bunkbead with toilet ensuite for my family. It was clean and spacious too. The common sharing facility like the games room, lobby area and kitchen were all well maintained. Only had a short stay of a night but I enjoyed it.

the staff went beyond the extra mile by letting my now husband stay in the same room the day before the wedding and kept the room for us throughout our wedding weekend. They also left congratulatory notes and drinks vouchers which we appreciate so much. The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Cheshunt in North London. We particularly like the hammocks. It was very special and relaxing. The restaurant served delicious food as well. The hotel also has numerous workshops and activities lined up for kids and adults alike.
Overall it was a positive experience short stay at the hostel, I arrived late but staff were helpful and got me sorted in no time at.
Facilities and location were very good with the hostel being quite easy to find.
The Upstairs Studio Loft, is probably the biggest Studio Apartment I have stayed at (approx 28 feet in length) plus a downstairs Conservatory/Entrance.
