Amazing breakfast selection and a really lovely host. Very clean and a great room lay out. Everything was thought through from the kitchen utilities & equipment through to a dressing gown & hair drier. Short walk from Waterbeach train station which gets you into Cambridge within minutes. Highly recommend and I'm sure we will return in the future.

A flat in the middle of Cambridge for a reasonable cost – what could be better?
Starting from the goods: one-bedroom apartment right in the middle of the city with 10 mins walk to the colleges and opposite to an airy park. On arrival, you can find the entrance of the building to the left from the parking space, and the keys are locked in a coded locker located on a wall of the building with the code provided to you via an app just before your arrival. The flat is on the second floor. But there is no lift, and the staircase is made of iron steps going around like in some old buildings, so be careful. A flimsy door opens to an old fashioned flat, but with beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom. The property was clean, and you can find the washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen too. There were a lot of extras such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea etc which was a nice touch.

The studio was wonderful and beautifully decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought and work into making the studio.
Booked as convenient for early hospital appointment. But would book for longer stay as was impressed with this studio. Even sofa bed was very comfortable. Parking no problem and quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access without need to call owner. With two double beds a bit tight for room but not a problem. Very good value for money.
This is a well located property with most things you need for a short stay. The Wifi connection is excellent and the shower was much better than I anticipated.
The apartment was small but excellent for a short stay. I really need to give them 10 star because they really deserve it, great great host. the heating were not working and they went and bought some heaters to heat up the house. really great, fantastic
