The property exceeded my expectations. Separate doorway and a key code to collect the keys. I arrived late and the light on the drive and light up key box was useful. I was travelling for work so needed somewhere quiet, warm and comfortable. This exceeded my expectations as I was also provided with coffee making facilities and good WiFi!

I didn't stay at the flat. Booking.com listed the flat as having on-site and street parking, but communication with the flat manager the day before I was due to occupy revealed there was no on-site parking. I explained my need for on-site parking due to physical limitations and requested cancellation, but the manager refused. I had to book last-minute accommodation elsewhere and pay for both the accommodation I used and this flat that wasn't suitable.
