Despite being very close to the main road (hadn't realised) the lakeside location was actually really peaceful. Great new, well-equipped studio apartments, pillows, beds and shower. Good leisure centre.
Friendly staff, clean, uncluttered apartment with everything needed for a short stay for two. Free parking outside the door. Pleasant little balcony to sit on and enjoy watching the swans and ducks. Hotel serving good food next door to the marina. Lots of tourist attractions within easy driving reach.
Quiet and central lovely country side apartment very clean and had everything needed. Only gripe was the pillows need replacing very flat Outlook on to the marina fab plus fantastic canal walk with plenty of bird life and seats to sit and ponder
Booked for a weekend away to chill and relax. Had a fantastic weekend just enjoying the facilities including the games room and the swimming pool. We didn't join in the water sport activities but did see some people enjoying them. The studio apartment was lovely and close to everything. Getting there was straight forward and the location is close by to Morecambe. Check in and out was very straight forward no issues at all and all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely recommend and come stop again.
