Great place to stay - owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. It was hot weather and he organized extra fans to keep us cool. Cleaner came in, but only if it was a suitable time/day.

the actual park is well kept and very clean and tidy the two lakes on site provide very good fishing on clean comfortable banks.at a very reasonable price. the maple apartment is very well equipped providing everything we needed. is clean and modern .the reception staff are polite , friendly. and helpful.
Lovely setting, around a peaceful fishing lake. Apartment was clean, spacious with a great deal of thought out into having everything you need for a home from home. Lovely spacious bathrooms with walk in showers. Very well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean. Very friendly staff. Absolutely lovely.
The location of the Maple apartment could not have been more tranquil. I doubt I would stay anywhere else in the future. It was just fabulous. Spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything you could need.
I didn't even mind be woken by the cockerels.
The apartment is a really good size, 2 bathrooms is a bonus with 4 ladies sharing, lovely view over the fishing lake, nice and quiet location but easy drive into Skegness (less than 10 minutes) We had a late check in but received easy to follow instructions on retrieving the keys and fob for the barrier. Spoke with staff earlier in the day who were very friendly and helpful
Lots of room, clean and tidy, everything you need is supplied, two bathrooms one for adults one messy kids, like the complimentary biscuits tea and coffee plus the wash kit
