The location is right on the seafront and close to some lovely restaurants. The parking was a great bonus as the street is very busy for parking. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated to a high finish. The host was extremely helpful with checking-in instructions.

Really lovely little apartment, strong family holiday nostalgia vibes! We were staying for a wedding nearby, so didn't really explore the immediate area, and had no car - I think it's a lot better if you drive! But as an apartment it's got a lovely feel with thick plush carpets and a wide galley kitchen. Both beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed it as a place to base ourselves!

The communication and ease of accessing the apartment which is really only a 3 minute walk from the train station. the apartment had everything that you need for your stay and attention was paid to detail to make the stay as easy as possible - from cooking utelsils, to wifi, to information, to comfort, to convenience. Direct access from the back door to a local pub and a bit of a shortcut to town (shaving off about 90 seconds but, well, just convenient).

Lovely little apartment and perfect for what we need although was tempted to just have a lazy day in 😅 very clean, close to the off licence, take aways and train station. Only a 15 min train into Brighton. Owners let us know in plenty of time on check-in instructions and also checked in with us to see everything was OK. Will defo be staying again. Thank you

the location and hosts were absolutely lovely. The apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped and everything worked and was of high quality. Bonus on arrival were a fridge filled with milk, butter yogurt, along with fresh pastries and fruit for breakfast (not mentioned on the booking site). Also we had access to a superb snooker room. Finally the cooker and oven were excellent and we were able to cook 2 evening meals without an issue, although I had brought along a casserole dish with me.

Beautiful historic building, warm friendly and informative welcoming hosts. We shared the apartment as two couples. It was spacious, attractive, warm, and felt at home. Beautiful views across gardens and parkland. We didn't have the time or weather for walking but would love to come again an d also enjoy the hot tub experience too.
