Amazing location, great apartment, beautiful views, and so close to the city centre. Chris was a fantastic host who went completely above and beyond to make our stay a really great experience. Our equine host was also delightful and kept us entertained.

Very spacious and comfortable, with lovely touches such as slippers, a hairdryer in each room, and each bedroom was equally excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of appliances as well as crockery etc. Excellent bus service into the centre from right outside.

Warm, friendly welcome on arrival, our hostess provided extra useful information about the property as she showed us around. We had a really lovely stay in this comfy, quiet and spotlessly clean apartment , had everything we required and very much appreciated all the extra thoughtful touches including a bottle of wine in the fridge and chocolates on the table! The garden views were beautiful during the day and at night the lights were very pretty. The location was great for the the places we wanted to visit nearby. Thank you very much.
We were met on arrival and shown around the property. Parking was easy outside the door and first impressions of the apartment matched the description and photos supplied at the time of booking. It is a comfortable base, ideally located for Exeter and the surrounding villages and not far from the coast. We enjoyed the views of the beautifully kept gardens and found it to be very quiet over night.
This apartment is spacious in every respect. Tina has thought of everything to make this property as accommodating as possible. All appliances, fittings and furniture are of a high quality. Having access to a washing machine as well as a dryer was handy. To top it all the property is in a very picturesque and quiet setting – the perfect getaway. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle.
Wonderful property - exceptionally clean, comfy, with beautiful decor. So quiet and has beautiful outlook to front and back. Was so convenient as we were visiting family for the weekend, which was a short walk away, but there is everything you need for a longer holiday in the apartment. We will definitely stay here again. Fresh flowers and milk etc very much appreciated.

Lovely cosy apartment with excellent facilities. Lovely and clean, well equipped, comfy bed and good shower. Ideal location for nearby wedding venue. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Beautiful apartment; tastefully appointed, spacious, light and comfortable. Looks out onto beautiful gardens. A lovely relaxing place to stay just outside Exeter and close to smaller villages, Killerton National Trust and beautiful Devon countryside.
