On our arrival, we were created by a warm, friendly welcome from Nicky 😀. Nook is beautiful. It's clean, cozy, and has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated. Thank you, Nicky, for the beautiful scented fresh garden roses left in the room it created a lovely aroma in the room. We loved your shower and enjoyed the beverage left for us. It's a quiet and peaceful apartment. We got a good night sleep after a busy day in Barnstable. We would definitely recommend this place 10/10, and we will be visiting again. Beautiful property. You need at least 2-3 full days to enjoy the property and the beautiful of their countryside. I wish we had more time. Ot was really amazing.

self contained apartment with everything you may require! very quiet location for a peaceful stay! lovely views ! I arrived on my motorcycle soaked from a storm and it was lovely to have a nice cup of tea with fresh milk in the fridge! nice touch! The Granary was nice and clean with fresh towels! very happy that I could park my bike outside the front door! Great walk into Braunton if you take a public footpath down the hill. Gorgeous even in the rain!
The location was superb.
A bit of garden space would have been lovely. Shrubs around the outside table would make it more cosey,also a cooker top and microwave would have been useful to cut cost of my stay. 3 meals in a day proves costly.
However ideal for short stay.
Superb little 'den' for a short stay. Everything you need - clean, comfortable bed; clean bathroom; quiet location; good parking; short walk (10 mins) into Braunton - where there are lots of good eating places.
We find a luxury apartment, very spacious, clean like new, done in very good taste and decorated with original artworks. Well heated when it snowed over night, generous breakfast supplies, five star shower. The landlords take pride in adding lovely little touches, like books or plants, to make The Farthings really nice and pleasant. Well done and thank you!
We loved the space we had in the apartment , the ease of checking in and the great location . Easy walk into Braunton with lots of choice of eateries and shops and a little drive to Saunton for a surf. The apartment had all amenities needed . Will definitely use again .
Such a cool and quirky place. The living/sleeping area is cozy and fantastically set out, with all that you could need really.
The mini kitchen downstairs has everything for a short stay - with plenty of tea, coffee and importantly milk in the fridge!
The shower is good, if a little close, and the towels soft.
There's bikes and beach gear to use for free and parking on site for a car.
It's close to the middle of Braunton, but fortunately not on the main drag.
The Den was everything we needed and more! The room was really well laid out with great use made of the space. The bed was super comfy and the decor was modern and clean. The shower was sooo good! A lovely selection of condiments, teas etc Would definitely recommend for a short stay.
The accommodation is a fusion on a B&B and an apartment. Very spacious and very well equipped including a washing machine. Self catering breakfast provided. Located on the SWCP and suitable for walkers with careful planning - see below.
With a car would make a great base to explore the surrounding area
