Excellent location for central Sheffield making it easy to walk to the university and nightlife. We had amazing communications from the host which was reassuring and helpful. The flat was very clean and the bedding was available to make up the sofa bed. We loved the coffee and tea left for us to use as we were only visiting for one night so that was very useful.

tardis-like accommodation - much bigger on the inside than it looked from the outside. Huge rooms, well decorated and furnished.
Warm and well ventilated, plenty of hot water. Little noise from neighbouring apartments, nor from outside - despite the local bars and restaurents.
Great location in what was (and still is in parts) an industrial area of the city. Wonderful architecture and artwork in Kelham Island.

The studio was very spacious, clean and modern. The studio was well equipped and everything was perfect for our stay. The building is close to all the clubs and bars. The host was friendly and answered my call first try. Would recommend to anyone !

The location is beautiful, lovely views and very easy to get to local villages but equally easy to get into Sheffield (just 15 minutes). The apartment was spotlessly clean and the communication from the owners was great. The dog was obsessed by the chickens! A box of eggs and some milk in the fridge on arrival was a nice surprise.
Location was the best, it was a studio room on a farm set in beautiful countryside close to Sheffield. The most contented looking chickens we’d ever seen greeted us on arrival (and finding fresh eggs in the fridge was a nice touch)
There was nothing to dislike. I think the efficiency of the underfloor heating and the insulation properties of the apartment were exceptional. Welcome pack was unexpected and the location could not be better. You could turn up with just a change of clothing and need for nothing.
Great location! The view is beautiful and the studio had all we needed for the short stay! The service was fantastic and with everything set for our dog we felt very welcomed!
Beautiful little self catering apartment in the countryside. Settings & surroundings were absolutley beaitiful. The apartment had most things we needed (towels, flannels, salt, oil, fridge etc) & beds were super comfy. had some lovely areas to sit outside and appreciate views. Not too far from Sheffield city and in the middle of the countryside so the best rof both worlds. Would highly recomend Padly Farm.
