Location was excellent, view of Linlithgow loch and the Palace. Nice walkway around the loch and a kids playpark nearby. Shops and Chippys and pubs in easy walking distance. Railway station walkable but recommend taxi if you have a lot of luggage, just £4 from the station. I appreciated the 3 bedrooms not being adjacent to each other which gave more privacy. Kitchen large and well equipped, washer but no dryer. Bathroom adequate, liked the walk in shower. Linens and towels clean and not too worn.

The breakfast basket was excellent/-and not all for breakfast. The setting was excellent—quiet, private, nice views. The host was quite responsive—at one point when we had a wifi question, the host’s son came over and set up the system, as well as tipping us to a lovely but low-key trail along the Devon River by the falls to the Rumbling Bridge.

I had the whole apartment to myself with a rooftop terrace where nobody could see you if you were sat down. The property was exceptionally clean and the bed was outstanding.
Property was very clean and the interiors are modern as well. Food was divine and location was also great. We had a rental car so it was good for us as it was only 20mins away from Edinburgh. Highly recommend!
Rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated , staff lovely - breakfast very good . Sat in the beer garden and toasted our marriage earlier that day . Staff were very accommodating letting us leave our car day before
this was not a bed and breakfast but a self catering , we only needed toast and tea and ate out , though there was a supermarket opposite and all the utensils and equipment in the flat to cook ,we just chose to meet freinds and eat out
no problem ,there was tea coffee and chocolate in the cupboard to use
The dinner was good. The staff was polite, pleasant, very responsive and helpful, especially Megan at the reception desk who helped us tremendously. We had a flat tire and she helped us connect with road-side assistance and updated us until the assistance arrived. She was an angel. The hotel was situated in a nice setting and Bo'ness is a must to visit.
Lovely place, food amazing, staff very warm and professional..
Sadly had to reduce score as bed in room 22 was awful, had a very poor mattress topper on but still so uncomfortable, you could feel the springs underneath and could hear the boings when turning over, the pillows also very flat..
Such a shame as otherwise a lovely place
