The location was beautiful and quiet. The rental was a whole flat, not just a room! It was clean and so cute! Sweets and coffee were waiting for us as was the owner Zoe, when we arrived. She was delightful and gave us a full tour. Also available onsite were books and games. Unfortunately, the area’s power went down for hours. Zoe quickly brought us a camp stove and a battery powered light to see us through. Wow, what service! The bathroom and kitchen both appear recently updated.

The Hive was a super cute stay located just outside of Perth. It was a clean, neat and tidy studio with a bathroom that is attached to the end of the host's house. It has all the amenities I needed for a short stay. Joyce was very friendly when I bumped into her, but she left me to myself the rest of the time, which I appreciated. Wifi worked really well, and the kitchenette was excellent for preparing meals.

The apartment is so spacious! Wow! Pretty much everyone in our party had their own bedroom! I loved the vintage toilets (even though it took a few moments to figure out how to get one of them to flush properly). It was peaceful and pleasant and the kitchen made it easy for us to self-cater our meals. There was a small laundrette nearby that made it easy for us to wash our clothes after being on the road for a week.

The Loft is a lovely little place, more spacious and comfortable than the pictures online. Immaculately clean with everything you need for a vacation. The enclosed yard is perfect for the doggies, and there are some wonderful walks less than a 5 minute drive away. We only stayed one night to break up a long drive to Ullapool, but it was the perfect stop-over and almost exactly halfway for us, so we would definitely look to stay again when travelling up north.
The flat has everything you need for.a short stay. One of the best styled apartments I have stayed in, the owners have thought of everything you need to make a comfortable break very enjoyable.
