Great quirky location for Blenheim Palace, either walk or a bus stop across the road. We were a couple but would be great for family or friends. Plenty of beds, sitting areas and activities.

Pictures were accurate, a lovely little place. Found it a bit stuffy at night and I don't think the windows had safety catches to have windows open, but we turned the air con on and kept our bedroom doors open to let the air con through from the living area and it was okay. May be hard in summer.
We saw a squirrel in the garden which was lovely.
Yew Tree House is a recently renovatedapartment in Woodstock near Blenheim Palace. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking, and free Wifi.

Enjoyed our stay at Paradigm Court. A modern and spacious flat in a good location. The flat is halfway between Bicester Village and Oxford city centre. We were a small family of 4 and found the flat was ideal for our needs.
The sofa bed is comfortable and easily fits 2 adults. Parmida was a friendly and accommodating host.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Location was perfect with Blenheim Palace a stones throw away and Woodstock on the doorstep with great places to eat. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and was actually cheaper than staying in a hotel. Couldn’t fault it.

The apartment is nicely presented with modern design features. It is very clean and well appointed. The Full Kitchen is excellent and all utensils and appliances in excellent order. Plenty of cleaning materials provided, towels spotlessly clean and of good quality.
Excellent location, apartment included everything we needed and instructions very thorough. Easily walkable to Woodstock from the apartment and plenty of public transport options within the area too. We loved our few days stay.
The flat is a bright & airy, and has all the facilities one needs when on a short break. The proximity to Blenheim Palace grounds was a plus, with unlimited access (once you found out how to open the pedestrian gate....).
Very convenient location. Easy to find and park. Public transport was good, too. The apartment was extremely well laid out, with everything we needed, and very well equipped. It was very nice to find tea, coffee, and fresh milk on arrival, and even nicer was the little pot of home-made jam! There was an excellent take-away just down the road. Chris and Mike were always around if we needed anything.
