Gorgeous little abode, pristine clean and beautifully decorated. Very good location, close to town and to the Goodwood Circuit. The owner, Karen was very kind, giving us a lift to the Goodwood Revival. She also provided a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate croissants for us to enjoy during our stay.

The location was good as there was a bus stop nearby to get into the city or you could walk in fifteen minutes.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. For us, the location was perfect. Peaceful, quiet, close to Chichester and the Witterings. The apartment is immaculate and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Lots of good walks in the vicinity.

Self catering with very poor facilities. Kitchen not well equipped and the whole cottage needed cleaning properly. Peddle bin dirty and lack of attention was everywhere in this cottage. Bed linen poor, beds needed new mattresses and towels old, dull and grey. Standards did not meet the criteria that we were lead to believe by the marketing of this property. If fact apart from the cottage being pretty nothing matched our expectations.
Pristine and well-appointed, light and airy studio accommodation with an excellent shower room in a peaceful location, a short walk from Chichester Marina. Tasteful minimalist seaside decor with comfortable furnishings, including bed. Good quality linens and towels.
