Excellent communication from Paul the host to help us find the property and gain access. Very good, safe off-road parking. Warm and frinedly greeeting from the host who lives close by. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lots of complimentary DVDs and vinyl records for guests to use. Comfortable double bed. Tasty snacks and breakfast muffins, milk etc - especailly the Tunnocks tea cakes. Quirky decor and loads of fascinating collectables giving the cottage a unique, fascinating vibe. Fridge and microwave provided. Great wlaks and a lovely pub nearby.

Great location, only 5 mins drive to the steam trains, lovely hosts and good value. It had safe parking on large driveway in a nice quiet area. It was nice to cook our breakfast and do a packed lunch in the well equipped kitchen. Toiletries in bathroom a nice touch.

The facilities are very good with everything we need for making toast... The river view from the window is great. The host is friendly and even show us the way into the apartment and introduced the facilities. Great location with river view and near to car park.
Great stay, had everything we needed, lots of space, tv and the internet worked well and loved the location. Hosts were really informative and friendly! We had two apartments as travelling with family and we all said we'd definitely book again next time.
A very nice self catering apartment, all the basic necessities are included, no need to go to the shops to buy, very convenient especially for short stay. Sarah and Chris were very responsive and accommodating.
Lovely apartment, very cosy and comfortable. Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Everything you could need in the kitchen and super comfy beds. Will definitely be staying again.

Really quality apartment, hi end finish very comfortable,doesn’t feel like a normal rental very homely.
The place has had no expense spared at all ,really really suprised how good it is.

The apartment was very spacious, modern, comfortable, in excellent order and very convieniently located overlooking the river.

The breakfast, in the cafe below, were excellent, freshly cooked and the service very good.
Public parking was only a short flat walk away with very affordable pricing.
