The rooms were very lovely and clean. You had everything you needed. Nick was there to meet us and was very polite and kind and showed us around and advised how long he would be about if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. A very small walk into the centre where all the amusements are and the leisure centre so everything you need on hand

Lovely small apartment, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Andy and Katie very friendly and although you are in their home they do not interfere. Really close to RSPB Bempton with spectacular views of nesting seabirds. Our 2nd visit. We’ll return!
Hosts were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, tidy, modern, and comfortable. The garden and views were fantastic. The local area was peaceful and quiet.
Very nicely presented apartment with everything we needed, just big enough for 2. The apartments have a small private patio area and then a larger garden, overlooking a cow pasture, shared with the other apartment and owners (and the chickens). It is a beautiful view to wake up to. The owner is friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The village itself is quiet and it's possible to enjoy walks straight from the cottage. Bempton, Filey, Hunmanby and Bridlington are a short drive away.
We stayed for a short stay in April and we were met by the owner at the property with a warm and friendly welcome. Show to the property we were very impressed with the view. Overlooking the countryside with the sun setting in the distance, beautiful. The rooms were very nicely finished with a large bed, comfy sofa and all the amenities you could need. Very highly recommended, we will definitely be staying again.
