It was so difficult to locate the apartment and the host wasn't going out her way to help either. The check in process is not easy compared to a lot of similar accommodations I stayed at, It was like trying to solve a puzzle in the dark ( I checked in after 6pm).The flat was super clean, comfortable,warm and welcoming and I couldn't have wished for a better place. Check out was uneventful with a lack of care from the host. Good customer service goes a long way!

Excellent location and value for money- very quiet and not too far from the marina, town centre etc.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Very spacious and very well equipped self catering accommodation. We were very pleasantly surprised as it was a cheap option for a one night stay en route to our final destination.

They no longer have horses in the yard so we could use it to sit out in the sun both in the morning and in the evening.

A lovely period hotel. Old style comfort, service and luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel gardens are beautiful, tranquil and we spent a lovely relaxing afternoon there. Our Hayloft suite was well equiped, spacious and very comfortable.

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Beautifully fitted out with lovely comfy beds, modern, fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a great shower. Views directly over the New Forest and a short walk to the local busy pub. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely space in beautiful surroundings. Very well equipped studio, extremely comfortable bed and great breakfast provisions. Owner was very helpful and communicative. We loved it and would stay again if in the area. The friendly horses were a real bonus!
