David as a host was extremely helpful, quick to reply to messages and could not do more. The cottage was aptly names Cosy Cottage! It was a sheer delight. Furnished beautifully, comfortable rooms, garden seating in the evening in the dappled sunshine was divine. Hugh quality furnished, and felt like a luxurious home from home. Definitely be back again!

It was spotless, very modern, and the beds were so comfy. I booked the apartment to stay over at a wedding at the hall as it was cheaper than booking 2 rooms for myself and 2 adult kids at the crown. Loved the milk in fridge, coffee and dolce gusto was a nice touch (Thankyou) shower was amazing. Cleaner let us in early to drop our overnight bags and she was so lovely 😊

This studio apartment was chosen due to its proximity to the Trolley Bus Museum we were due to visit the next day. The apartment is in one room save for the shower room/toilet. It does not feel cramped. The studio has a microwave, toaster and kettle with a microwave pan and a good selection of crockery and cutlery provided. There is also plenty of tea and coffee and milk sachets. Downstairs is a cafe which has an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. It is on the same site as the Sandtoft aerodrome so there is plenty to watch during the day.

Good location, clear message regarding how to get in, clean and spacious apartment, plenty of storage space. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and cosy towels. Plenty of seating but the kitchen chairs and the stool in the bedroom looked a bit flimsy.

The apartment was clean, modern & convenient for a wedding at a nearby venue. The check-in & out were seamless, too, with clear instructions from the owner sent 24 hours before our stay.
We stayed with our 8month old whilst attending a family wedding at Bawtry Hall. The hosts were prompt replying to queries. The apartment was nicely fitted out, spacious and quiet and was warm even in December. There was even room in the bedroom for the travel cot and still have space to move around! Good location to walk to venue and high street.

The apartment really felt like a home from home with everything we needed. We were welcomed by Paul, who showed us where things were. We couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome. Bawtry is a fantastic place to stay with so many restaurants and amenities. All that we wanted was on the doorstep. Parking on the road was available within a couple of minutes' walk and was free, so no expensive car parks to pay for.
Quality accommodation, the room was more like a studio apartment with kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows, luxurious towels. Breakfast items are left in the room. These included cereal, muesli porridge fruit, yogurt and milk. Bread and pastries are also provided but dietary needs contact the owners who are more than happy to adjust. The hosts are welcoming friendly and approachable. Free parking. Deserving of six stars.
