This place had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out, and was quiet, comfortable and easily walkable to groceries, restaurants, etc. It was only a 15-minute drive to great hiking in the Carimgorms National Park, so a perfect "base camp" for our trip.

When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to apartment as problem with our shower in the room we had booked. Apartment was lovely and spotless. Had everything for self catering. This is our 2nd visit and will be visiting again. Staff very nice and helpful.

Liked the well equipped, comfortable apartment which had everything needed for a short stay. Loved the magnificent mountain views and the sunroom where we could sit and enjoy them. It was possible to adjust the heating in individual rooms which meant it was lovely and cosy where needed. Loved having access to the swimming pool and gym and having a bar on site. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely location amid beautiful scenery. Our apartment was like most older timeshare properties - a bit tired. Perfectly adequate for a couple of days self catering. We did clean the place after noticing that the fridge had only been wiped down and debris in the toaster. Otherwise all fine.
New modern apartment very well furnished. Ideal for us for a quick break with our children. It's our 6th time staying in Aviemore using self catering accommodation and this apartment has been the best.
Avalon Studio provided another comfortable, highly enjoyable stay. It has everything needed for a few days away - including a huge comfy sofa. I like having facilities for self catering including a microwave, fridge and hob. It has always been immaculately clean on each visit, the owners are friendly and thoughtful in the way they set up the property and I hope to stay again in future.

Property was really clean and equipped with everything you needed. Excellent location you could just walk/ wheel (flat paths with plenty of drop curbs) into Aviemore for all bars / restaurants & shops, but also great if you wanted to explore further afield
