The room was lovely, cosy and modern that provided us with everything we needed - a little home away from home. The Host was available whenever needed and responded as soon as possible.

Close to Donington race track for GT. The apartment was spotlessly clean with added extras including breakfast things, tea, coffee etc perfect for a family of four.

Everything perfect with this apartment, location peaceful and quiet , good communication with owners, very clean throughout ,very comfortable furnishings and beds ,well equipped and would definitely come back again if we come back to UK .

Lovely cosy apartment with everything needed for our stay. Decor and furnishings of an exceptionally high standard. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Easy check in process and a dedicated parking spot right at the door. Great location for all amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

My stay over Pear Tree Loft was absolutely fantastic, beautiful countryside surroundings, very peaceful and quiet, fantastic lodge decorated wonderfully, very comfortable and cosy and most importantly absolutely fantastic hosts! I strongly recommend you to try Pear Tree Loft!
Simon the owner was a great host, nothing was to much bother. A “Really Nice Guy” Even help us get my Motorcycle started, after my battery was flat, on the morning of our departure. The Bedroom we had was spacious and clean as was the shower room. An easy walk to the centre of town. As I had previously read in the hotel reviews, the Breakfast did not disappoint and was excellent. Will definitely at stay at this B & B again when at Donington again.
