The apartment is stunning, and the view is incredible but it's not clean. The floors were filthy, I picked a hygiene patch from a swimsuit from a previous visitors stay off the bathroom floor. I also wiped the floor with tissue and it was black. Cleaning is obviously very swift between guests! The hot tube is great but it's dirty....The inside feels slippery and waxy, there's a scummy layer on the tub which would suggest it's not being emptied, cleaned and refilled as necessary....They are just throwing a disinfectant ball in and letting you lounge in filth. The shower isn't great, the hand held part just trickles!! The bathroom sink also hadn't been cleaned, the remnants of the previous guests soap and toothpaste were there!! There's a weird hand soap on a metal pole by the sink, not hygienic.
For the price I would have expected a better experience, not coffee and sugar sachets and a few packets of crisps. In fairness the host did leave fresh milk and bubbly on the doorstep for us. The beds seemed clean, the pillows flat and overused and the duvet was too heavy for such a warm house but the mattress was comfortable.
This property has all the potential for a beautiful experience but it needs scrubbed between guests!! The cobwebs need dealt with too on the high ceilings, and the hot tub needs looked at. It also streams a noisy fountain from one of its vents which wasn't pleasant.
If this place was cleaned properly it would be worth the money. The view of Belfast lit up at night is breathtaking.

The location in West Belfast was perfect and was quite near the heart of the city. The apartment is spotless, warm and spacious. Belfast was a delight to vist for our 3 day October stay and our highlight was a visit to the Titanic museum which my two teenage grandsons really enjoyed. Our host Christine went out of her way to help us, even driving us to the station when we were leaving. I would highly recommend Ross Mill you could not find a better or more comfortable holiday apartment or a more accommodating host in Belfast.

Everything was perfect.The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are really comfortable and lovely hot showers. Breakfast was delicious with everything freshly cooked to order. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We decided to stay an extra night and moved to a studio. It was so tastefully decorated with lots of little touches to make guests feel at home. I will definitely stay there again.

Room has beautiful Nespresso coffee machine with pods (70 p per pod), a lot of items are free like bread, milk, fruits, some cereals, etc.
Recommended by a friend for the F2 World Championship at nearby Nutts Corner Raceway. 25 of us stayed all supporting the same driver who went on to become the World Champion...I think I can speak for us all when I say this accomodation was amazing...from the beautiful modern apartments, little hospitality basket, the BBQ hut which was absolutely perfect for our celebrations, the immaculate grounds. Cannot fault one thing...fantastic memories made which we'll cherish forever.

Excellent location, only 25 minutes from center of Belfast, very clean ,modern apartment, beautiful area outside with Lamas on the field just outside the door. Everything was great, I'll definitely come back there.
