The penthouse was immense, upon entry (which was simple to achieve) we were very pleased by the high standard of all rooms and facilities within the penthouse! Re key collection, I was confused and contacted the host using WhatsApp. We resolved my confusion quickly and I was able to access the keys and unlock the property. The kitchen was well equipped. Very nice to find milk in the fridge and some basic supplies in the cupboard (tea, coffee, sugar, some spices). The welcome booklet was very helpful. Location was great. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes walk away and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the shore of Loch Lomond.

Louise the host was very communicative to assist us to arrive the apartment without issue. She made excellent recommendations around the area. The apartment was located in a quiet neighbourhood with a small grocery shop at the opposite side. It is within walking distance to most of the nearby area of interests.
The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, free parking was easy at the street in front of the apartment.
Really comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring Loch Lomond, super helpful tips from the owner Louise prior to arrival and we referred to them lots when there. Apartment was warm, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Nice chocolates and some provisions when we arrived. Would highly recommend.

It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood, next to a grocery shop and near nature parks. The apartment was tastefully done up, bathroom was newly renovated, bedroom was spacious. Travel resources in the living room were helpful. I really appreciated the host checking in on our itinerary and sharing some local tips! Thank you Louise!

.Where the "apartments" are situated. Its like being in the "middle of nowhere"..peaceful...yet not too far away from Balloch or Drymen. "The Ben" caters for everything, that you would for your stay...You only really need to provide the food . Eddie, is really friendly and approaching, nothing is any bother. I have to also say, the hot tub (in its own wee house), is an understated luxury...sitting in there, letting the world go by...and NO midges!!! ACE!!
