Stayed here on the way down and the way back from my Son's wedding in Devon to break up the journey. Offers outstanding value for five people. The place was clean and well appointed. The pub downstairs is nice and closes at 11pm so no noise worries. The diamond find is the Indian takeaway across the street. Get the meal for two and you can adjust the main dishes , will easily feed 3-4 people super generous portions.

Fantastic little apartment with everything we needed, great location and having the bar downstairs is a bonus! Parking is easy and lots of shops, cafes, pubs and eateries around. Lovely walks by the canal too.
It was a great location for us - handy for visiting family in Chorley and we really enjoyed some lovely walks in the area.
The cottage was well equipped so gave us the option of self catering. Very tastefully decorated and a delightful welcoming space to enjoy.
We had everything we needed for a short stay. Like a little home away from home. We loved the little extras like the chocolates, fresh bread, milk and juice. The host was lovely and really helpful with advice on the local area. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfy.
The retreat was spacious, very clean, easy access to walks and a pub and very quiet.
It had everything for self catering and nice touches such as home made bread, orange juice and milk .
Owners were very nice. We asked if we could possibly get in a little earlier. So they let us know when the cleaning was done and we got in early, which was nice after getting up in the middle of the night for our flight.
The apartment is nice and cozy with everything you need. Parking around the corner was very handy!
The attention to detail was really amazing . The accomodation was lovely clean and really made homely by the wood burner. Located on a main road that caused no disturbance. Mobile signal was poor but the free wifi totally made up for that. I would happily rate this as 10/10 and will definitely return. A very good and detailed welcome manual lots of thought gone into this letting.
Lovely spacious apartment and very clean. We took a few things with us tea, coffee etc but everything was there. Plenty of crockery and well equipped kitchen. Have family in Adlington and will definitely stay again.
A really lovely comfortable, well equipped and clean cottage. A very handy location for us for visiting family. The off road parking was a huge bonus. Absolutely everything had been thought of - right down to a basket of emergency supplies. We were really touched by the gift of the eggs; thank you Teddy. It's brilliant that Adlington finally has such great self catering accommodation. We can't wait to stay again, and hopefully for a bit longer next time.
