Great location on the campsite, spacious caravan that was fully equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Nice outdoor seating area. Great that little extras were already in there such as cleaning equipment, tea towels, bin liners, toilet roll and items such as salt/vinegar/cooking oil. Comfortable stay for a family of 6. A few board games available and a smart TV and internet.

The property has lots of character. The hot tub room was great. Lots of cooking pots pans trays etc. nice big oven. Central heating was great and warmed the place up in no time.

It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. Owners were friendly and helpful.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
A lovely designed caravan it was a surprise when we arrived but when we were inside there was a lot of faults over the week was there we found a lot of niggling faults that need serious TLC like the side door hinges needs lubricant as they are almost seized up and the door post is moving that's attention to. One of the chair leg's is falling off, blinds need replacing, door latches broken,no instructions on the appliances in general the caravan needs some serious TLC before letting out for that price.
Self catering didn't go to the restaurant.
Had everything needed in the caravan to cook.
Views were beautiful.
Caravan was clean and well equipped.

House is in quiet country setting but still close enough to all the major attractions in Colwyn Bay and surrounds. We particularly enjoyed Bodnant Gardens and Colwyn Castle. The house is well equipped for self catering and there are adequate supermarkets in nearby Abergele, as few minutes away by car, where you can shop for provisions. Our hosts were kind enough to have the basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar available in the house on arrival.
