The apartment is in a small secure residence/complex that is well located - no more than 10 min walk to the beach or center if town (persons with mobility problems should be aware that it is slightly on the hill - as are many apartments in Trouville - so there is an ascent to get back up from the beach/town on foot). It is very modern, nicely decorated, and clean (equivalent to a high 3 or 4 star hotel) and very well equipped (kitchen has everything you could need, +washing machine + iron/ironing board). The bed was excellent. The terrace and little yard were perfect, nice balance of sun and shade with a large umbrella available if needed, and enclosed by a hedge and chain linked fence which was ideal for my visit with my small dog. The owners were completely accessible via sms and telephone.

All good: very quiet, clean, comfortable, and nice view of the garden. We also like the location very much, the apartment located in the quiet area, close to the quiet beach/sea side (not so crowded). The host Patrick is very nice and supportive. Definitely, we will go back next time.

Incredibly perfectly quiet. A nice quality flat with a great sea view. No too far from the Deauville and Trouville city centers. We had all we needed. Close parking
Streets are loud and the windows are old and very thin, so if youre a light sleeper, good luck.
Only had large winter blanket on the bed during summer, no flat sheet. So we were also too hot or too cold. Staff was wonderful though, nice selection of whiskeys.
Very nice, well-equipped and very clean studio situated close to the centre (20 mins on foot). We had a very enjoyable stay there and it's such a shame that we didn't have time to make use of the lovely swimming pool! Excellent host, who was very kind and always available in case of need.
