We really liked the cleanliness and how well the apartment was equipped with the essentials.It is obviously well maintained and decorated with good taste.

The big apartment (for 7 persons) is exactly like in the pictures - and very clean. The kitchen is perfect for a few days' stay (fridge & freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine), the bathrooms were spacious (good water pressure, hot water with no issues) and everything was very clean. Beds are big and comfy, same for pillows. Plenty of parking places.
My family and I spent Christmas at this hotel and it was magical. We rented two apartments and both were super clean and beautiful. The hostess was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect; near enough to all the Alsace villages and private enough to enjoy nature and amazing views. I highly recommend it and we will be definitively be staying here again. The location is great, very close to the castle and a woods nearby for trekking. View from apartment is amazing. Apartment and kitchen is very well equipped and convenient, even at some small details. The host is very kind and helpful. Very easy to recover and return the keys. Love the experience and my kids ask to go back to the same apartment next time we visit Alsace again!
We were given a larger flat than we had booked. It was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. We like to walk rather than using the car and the location was perfect for us.
