I found the host (who spoke French only) a very decent person. She trusted us (5 people, including 2 children) and let us check in without paying the regular deposit. We parked in front of our apartment door, which was super convenient.

Very nice and tasteful decorated, clean and in the middle of the town/boulevard. You can walk to many good restaurant and the big supermarket. Free parking. There is a golf ground and walking trails in town. There is a gas station and camperstay in front on the supermarket.

The location is remarkable, just in front of the beach of Omaha. All the museums and history locations are close. Everything is about 20 minutes drive away even Carrefour contact if you want to buy some groceries during your stay.

The location was great for exploring that part of Normandy. A pleasant 10 minute walk to the Port, which was a lively place.
The flat was quiet, reasonably well equipped, clean and sufficient for 2 people, self catering.

Beautiful spot right across the street from the beach. Room was large with an upstairs loft and from that window you could see the sea. We had a back patio with chairs and it was beautiful to sit outside with a glass of wine. Dinner was good as well.
