This was a nicely furnished apartment. We felt safe walking around at night when going "home." Very good restaurants in the neighborhood. It is very close to the Lorraine American Military Cemetery which is why we were there. Parking in a parking structure around the corner so you didn't have to deal with parking on the street.
It is on the 3rd floor by European numbering (The ground floor is zero.) In the USA it would be 4th floor of a walk-up so if you don't do stairs well, this won't work for you.

Key was in the lock box as described. We had no problem finding the property and getting in. The property was as described and worked out great for us. Hot tub was great. Loved the game/movie room.
