We liked everything about this apartment. Laura and Benoit are both super nice. They don't speak any English but we managed. House is a little out of the way but it was perfect for us since it was on our way around the country. It's in a beautiful, peaceful place, surrounded by nature, on the outskirts of small town. The apartment is on the ground floor and parking is right next to it, which is very convenient. Laura and Benoit leave upstairs with their family, so if you need anything they are just a step away. Apartment is very large, truly perfectly equipped kitchen, great bed and large bathroom. There are stores and restaurants in town if you need anything. Highly recommend.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Good location in lovely rural surroundings. Self catering with basic facilities & lots of utensils for preparing & cooking meals. Plenty of storage space for belongings in bedroom & kitchen. Good bathroom & shower. The pool was very good; would love to have seen it uncovered! Enjoyed the visiting birds & red squirrels.
Situated halfway up or down in the heart of Rocamadour, Les Pirondeaux is a gem. Marie upgraded us to the top floor apartment, where we were extremely comfortable for our stay. Breakfasts were excellent, and she made helpful recommendations about restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here, and hope to again. Merci Marie.
An exceptional hotel. Warm, welcoming and relaxing. Our apartment was a perfect size for 3 of us. Easy walk or drive into Rocamadour, also several good restaurants. Mattieu and Frank are lovely hosts. We felt very welcome from the word go.

The hotel is so peaceful, set amidst rolling hills and the only sounds I could hear were birdsong and the breeze through the trees! Matthew was very hospitable and a great host. The breakfast was lovely, our apartment was clean and comfortable and we can't wait to go back!
Unbelievable location right next to the cathedral, perfect place for walking to the upper level or lower level of Rocamadour. Apartment was modern and clean, owner was SO kind and accommodating.
Great location - close to Rocamadour and Hopitalet (just a few minutes walk) but felt like a peaceful sanctuary. Lovely quiet pool for our 3 year old to play in. We only had breakfast a couple of times but it was really nice.

The owners were very kind and the apartment is in an excellent location halfway down/up the hill, with a beautiful view. Note that the owners speak only French and that the road to the apartment is very steep with tight switchbacks (also is marked “sauf residents”). We loved it though - great adventure and the host Jean Louis and his wife were gracious and lovely, even helping with dinner reservations. We’d love to stay again!
We loved the peace and quiet of the hotel and the beautiful, rural surroundings. Mathieu was a perfect host, even when we turned up at his hotel out of the blue, a bit early to check in! He was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Our apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were lovely and very comfortable with thick quilts. Breakfast was particularly good, with a wide range of choices to suit everyone. A great stay!
Breakfast was fine, typical continental style. Location was excellent, right next to the church on the second level of the city. Just be aware that from the bottom of the city it's about 100 steps up to the apartment (didn't bother us at all). Parking is free and about 20 meters from the door, excellent and safe location. Easy to get into the apartment with codes, seems recently renovated and in general a really good experience. Highly recommended. The host very attentive and lives next door for easy access for questions.
