Everything went well. We stayed only for a single night. We had a spacious apartment (not the budget one) and it was comfy. It was end of march -- off season -- and we arrived in the evening where no one was at the reception anymore -- but the receptionist arranged for us to get inside by ourselves, and it went super smooth.

The apartment was very nice and big. The AC was great. We liked the balcony overlookong the mountains. The kitchen was great, had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, and the location is superb.

Access to nature, generous staff who excel in hospitality simply because they know what to do, not because they have customer service targets, what a refreshing experience!
