When we arrived we noticed that the apartment which we thought we had reserved was on the sixth floor with no elevator. The stairs were very narrow, impossible to bring up bags. The apartment as stated in website was a room not an apartment. I request that I get a refund as I did not accept the room. The host was very nice and understood that we could not climb all those stairs with luggage. We also feel that it was misleading to believe we were getting a small apartment when it was actually a room.

Being in a pedestrian street creates a bit of a complication for mobility impaired people. But we got thru it. The parking pass was a big plus!

We stay here 3nights. The room is very clean. The bedroom , kitchen, bathroom are well designed and use quality products. The location is perfect just 5-10 minutes by foot from main station. It also close to the old town actually it’s almost in the old town! You have to walk about 15minutes to meet with the Annecy lake. It is a very present walk really. Above all Sybille is a very care and nice host. She make sure that you will find her place easily. Communication with her is very present.

Very kind and helpful host, large mini apartment, plus the pool was amazing! Perfect location with an unbelievable view of the mountains and the town, delicious breakfast, and complimentary drinks in the fridge!
The property was very clean and the booking was confirmed promptly for the same day. Although this was a tiny studio, as far as we could see, it had everything that was required for a one night stay.
