It's part of a privately owned house but because it's around the side you have your own separate area and it feels very private. Host Stephanie was excellent, she explained the local area and the walks we could do. Location is excellent, a very quiet neighbourhood right at the start of the Circuit des Hortensias. We had bikes so cycled around the lake which had a couple of nice creperies/bars that were in close proximity to the apartment.

There were no breakfast included, but coffee machine microwave and refrigerator, even a washing machine, and a small private terrasse. It was very clean, and I liked the style. I was greated with chocolate and coffee on the table, and a very good instruction of how to find the place. Everything was new and clean. I booked it the last minute, and I arrived very late, but that was no problem. I could even park my car in front. Thank you for a good stay.

Brilliant apartment. Right in the middle of Ploermel however its like being in the countryside. Very quiet. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious with all modern amenities. I had a very good night's sleep and was lucky that the local market was in the main street. Excellent food on my doorstep. I couldn't park inside the area because of the market, however there is parking less than 100 metres away.
Excellent property for our one night stay on our bike tour. Good communication, and resolution of a couple of small issues during our stay. Good secluded bike storage at rear of property. Apartment has a hob and fridge as well as a hob. Easy access to VV3 and a large Leclerc nearby for provisions
Keys easy to collect from, apartment was clean, loose Kitchen tap and toilet seat, lovely big shower with lots of hot water.
Basics are in microwave, hob and washing machine.
