This apartment was the bomb! I had never seen an apartment that had three bathroom facilities in such a small space. One bathroom had a toilet and a sink, one bathroom had a shower and a sink, and the third bathroom had a shower, a toilet, and a sink. It was just me and my wife, but if four stayed here, it would still be extremely comfortable. There were also 2 large- screen TVs, which is unheard of. Both of them had their own Netflix account. The language had already been changed to our language so that we could actually watch TV and understand, even though we were in another country. There was a desktop computer, with an air printer. We used this to print out Tickets to activities. Extremely helpful. Climate control was perfect. We were there in November, and it was rather cold. But the remote control devices for the heaters made it very simple to make it whatever temperature we liked. In the living room, the sofa pulled out into a rather comfortable sofa bed. My wife and I use this to lounge on and watch TV at the end of the day. The washer and dryer were amazingly convenient. Many Airbnb facilities have a one unit washer dryer combo. They are sometimes hard to figure out. This has a separate washer and a separate dryer. Plus all the detergents and things we would need are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer, everything you could want and need was provided. My wife even mentioned how she enjoyed the fan that was in the bedroom for white noise, making it easier to sleep at night. There are amazing gadgets. The TV in the bedroom comes up out of the console. The window separating the bedroom from the living room, becomes frosted so that there’s privacy, also there is a blind that pulls down for extra privacy. We walked in the neighborhood as late as midnight, and as early as 4 o’clock in the morning. It felt very safe. Everything that a person would need is within walking distance. Bakeries, are within two blocks walking distance.

Nice modern apartment, close to the main attractions in the city centre, metro station is close, simple entrance with electronic keylock, perfect for short stay.
The property is very cleverly designed for a studio apartment. It didn’t feel cramped and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the flat was very clean. The hosts were brilliant, responsive and accommodating.
Excellent location. Very clean and well equipped, with modern kitchen and shower room. Large studio room, with a dining table and chairs, a king size bed and a fold up wall bed (double). The flat is loft style, but is actually on the ground floor
I had a pleasant short stay, the flat is quite lovely. The check-in instructions were shared beforehand, it was detailed and clear, we did a self check-in at 10pm without any issues. The host is very responsive via many channels. The apartment is clean, warm, the towels were provided, we also found some bags with shampoo and gel but we didn't use it as had our own. The deposit was communicated straight away and returned a few days after the check-out. I would return as it flat is located right next to my office.
Location is excellent! It looks onto a courtyard and it's very quiet despite being in a buzzing area. There are a lot of really cool bars and restaurants around but it's also well connected to the rest of the city. We didn't use the kitchen much as it was a short stay but it has a good coffee machine. The bed is very comfortable guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The bathroom has two sinks which can be handy if you are sharing the flat with a few people. It's a typical Parisian apartment (in a good way).
The location is super nice and the apartment complex was quiet and calm. The studio is fine for two persons and has everything you need for a short stay.
Nice modern apartment, very European vibe. There's a nice view and a small balcony. The bathroom is very stylish, the water pressure is good. The flat is warm and cozy. I really liked the stay and Paris and the flat really added to the experience!
Spacious flat in an excellent location. Unlike many anonymous rental properties, the apartment was someone's home with a distinct personality. The balcony would have been an obvious plus were we not there in a wet January. The quirky decor was fascinating.
This high review is NOT for this apartment but for the great setvice of the agency Prestige Studio. Unfortunately the loft needed emergency maintenance during our first night and we were picked up and relocated by the letting agency Prestige Studio. The new apartment was incredible and the follow-up we received was perfect. We were traveling as a family and were immediately taken care of. We will definitely be using an apartment from Prestige during our next stay in Paris.
