When we arrived we noticed that the apartment which we thought we had reserved was on the sixth floor with no elevator. The stairs were very narrow, impossible to bring up bags. The apartment as stated in website was a room not an apartment. I request that I get a refund as I did not accept the room. The host was very nice and understood that we could not climb all those stairs with luggage. We also feel that it was misleading to believe we were getting a small apartment when it was actually a room.

It was very peaceful and in a nice part of the lake. It is also brand new and everything was spotlessly clean! Kitchen is also fully equipped. Also beautiful mountain view from the 2nd floor of the loft (bedroom).

This really is a great apartment. Attractive, well equipped, nicely decorated, lots of space where to put one's clothes and gear, nice balcony for eating and relaxing. Since I'm a light sleeper, I was delighted to find that there was no problem with any noises at night. We were not bothered about the access to the bathroom being via one of the bedrooms since access to the toilet is from the corridor. And there is a storage room for bicycles (which we hired) in the garage, extra bonus. We would love to return some day.

Being in a pedestrian street creates a bit of a complication for mobility impaired people. But we got thru it. The parking pass was a big plus!

The location was great. The apartment is next to a bus stop. Since it is next to the road, it was also quite noisy. The swimming pool was clean and quiet. The beach was indeed on a 5 min walking distance.
The kitchen was well equipped, and we did not miss anything there.
Very nice location directly by the lake, check in was uncomplicated, friendly staff. The apartment is functional, bed was comfortable. Fridge, water cooker, microwave.
The apartment was lovely and very spacious. Lots of natural light and all the amenities that you would require from this space. In a beautiful location close to the castle and close to local restaurants and of course the lake. Bakery and local Casino nearby for all the food shopping you require and easily accessible by bus or car from Annecy. Multitude of beaches to choose from nearby.
Very well equipped and comfortable studio within walking distance from the lake. Very easy parking. Regular bus service into Annecy. Very welcoming and informative host.
We just stay one night in the winter so you can't enjoy too much the lake but is a lovely place. We arrived late so the staff wasn't there anymore but accessing to out flat was easy and without any complications. Next day the staff was super friendly and helping us with some questions about walking around the olace
Excellent location to enjoy the lake. Stayed in room 202 which has optimal lake views. There are boat, and kayak rental places nearby. There was only one main restaurant open nearby, probably because I went in off-season.
If you travel by bus, you can take route 60 from the city. Its about 10 minutes walk, difficult if you have luggage.
Very modern, new build property, excellent WiFi, exceptional quality fit and finish to the whole property, located on the mountain side with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. Do follow the emailed instructions of how to find the property as all the houses in the street are not numbered. Very quiet and peaceful, wonderfully comfortable bed in the apartment which provided a sound night’s sleep.
