The property was clean. it was small but fine for what we needed it for. There was a big bed and a sofa bed with an option to have mattress for our children which we used. plenty of bed sheets and bedding. the shower was amazing. it was in the fourth floor with no lift so if you have to go in and out of the property alot i would imagine it would be hard work.

Very comfortable apartment filled with everything we needed for a great stay. Well located close to station and town centre. Really lovely decoration and very clean.
The host very generously provided some welcome gifts for us, some French food and wine which we really enjoyed (especially the cake!) :)
The host also kindly offered to pick up one of our group from Joigny train station and bring them to the apartment.
