If I could give a 15 points, I definitely would for this apartment. We stayed in one bedroom apartment - not on the top floor but on the ground floor. I loved how clean and neat the apartment was. It was nicely decorated and modern. The owners have attention to details evident from the way they folded the towels. Everything was functioning. There were games for the little ones.
I loved the tranquility of the morning, the charm of the little town (I put a picture of the view from the front door). The air conditioning in the rooms were definitely a lifesaver.
There is biking and walking routes in the neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Chalon sur Saone. Our host Victor was so attentive and helpful from booking right up to our departure. The apartment itself is so comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything and more you need to make your stay comfortable. The heating was amazing and easily controlled. We would highly recommend this apartment . There is a beautiful bakery just around the corner and the supermarket is 5 minutes walk with many restaurants, bars and shops close by. There is parking opposite the apartment. Thank you Victor for making our stay so welcoming . We hope to return again next year.

We were passing through from Spain to Germany and only needed a place to stay overnight. The apartment was so nice and comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer but it being winter and with not much to do, we were happy to go home. However, the location is perfect for discovering Burgundy during the warmer months. You would need a car to move around the area but parking seems plentiful outside the apartment. There is also a lovely bakery nearby plus some restaurants within walking distance. Plus a supermarket and gas station to fill up on supplies. The next time we drive down to Spain again, we will definitely consider staying here again.
