The apartment is in a very dirty and messy property. I was traumatised when I arrived and saw it. I arrived very late, the lights on the corridors are not functioning, the stairs were dirty and dusty and the most scary were the numerous spiders on the walls. Carrying my bags up, no lights had to use my phone light and running into a spider cobwebs on my face was the most horrible experience ever.

The property represents great value having been refurbished to a high standard. We found it perfect for a stopover although the local area is worth exploring. Everything you could possibly need is provided plus a few extras and the garden with river at the bottom is delightful. We will be staying here again when next visiting France.

Very well presented top-floor studio apartment. Apartment was small but perfect for a short stopover in Dreux. Very well maintained and clean. Central location.

The room was well equipped for a short stay and warm and comfortable. Enjoyed our dinner (buffet starter and dessert) and choice of main course served to table. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice for continental breakfast.
The apartment was easily-accessible, simply furnished, clean and quiet. All our basic needs were met and the apartment was well- equipped: good shower, towels, hairdryer, coffee-making machine, TV. We liked the three wise monkey statuettes (hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil).Kevin, the host, was accessible by WhatsApp and answered questions helpfully. This is a very newly-available let and we thought had the potential to be much better than it is.
