We felt like home. It was perfect.
The location can host up to 4 adults but the best is of a family with 2 or maximum 3 children (depending on the age of the children)
The apartment has many facilities for small children which is great.
Additional information:
- the apartment is at the ground floor and has a green small terrace in front of it that can be accessed (e.g. for a coffee)
- there are 3 doors from street before reaching the apartment door (however, all doors open with a black token attached to the key - so it is easy)
- the thrash has to be sorted and thrown downstairs (via elevator)
- you receive only one key and you should not forget it inside because the apartment door cannot be open without a key
- we did not notice any significant noise in the morning and we slept late :)

Very little. To be fair the accommodations were as described. We indicated that we were arriving on an overnight bus trip and would like to be able to get in room early if possible - host indicated there would be a 20 euro charge. That is there prerogative but other hosts have been much more hospitable and understanding. We were not going to arrive that much earlier. In the past no host has refused or charged extra when the room is ready. The keys for this room are in a lock box with a code. That code is not emailed until the minute of the stated check in time. Check in is at 4 PM. Check out by 10 AM. Just not hospitable. There is a 35 euro cleaning fee. In the final message from the host we were given instructions regarding garbage disposal in a room that was noton our floor, not lit and difficult to find. Even when I am not charged a cleaning fee, I have never been asked to make a trip to dispose of my garbage. This item was never mentioned before reserving the unit. I wonder why? I did comply. In the listing it mentioned coffee and sweets. The sweets were 2 pieces of hard candy wrapped in cellophane. The sheets although they seemed clean had black smudges on them.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean, very safe and well located. A few meters from the bus stop and 6 minutes from the metro station. We were very well received by Patrick. We recommend this place.
Excellent facilities, clean apartment. Location convenient for the Maisons Alfort La Juiliotte Metro station on line 8 taking you straight into the heart of Paris or into nearby Creteil with shops and a leisure lake. The Laundry facilities are reasonable, a vending machine by reception too. Beds comfortable and the staff extremely friendly with fluent English and of course French. Hafiz went over and above to get us to our room early following lengthy days of travelling. Tessa is also very efficient and friendly.
Good service and staff, even they were not on site between 6:00 pm and 9:00 am.

Apartment was as good, had all facilities as advertised. Everything worked, heating was good, fast internet, TV, all kitchen equipment, complimentary shower gels, shampoo and vanity sets…all god. Shower had a mishap upon our arrival but host Johanna was quick to fix it. All good. Budget flat which has essentials you need.
It was an amazing experience to rent this flat. The apartment is spacious and cozy, almost new. There is absolutely everything for a comfortable life: fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable places to sleep, a calmly private building with a private parking lot. Only 7-10 min to a metro, patisserie, Lidl.
And it takes 30 min to get to the centre of Paris. Owners are extremely kind people. special thanks to Adelin for her care.
Nice little apartment overlooking the Lake, the place was very private ideal for a 2 day business trip and the WIFI worked well. The space was neat and tidy and had everything one would expect for a self catering break. there was a huge shopping Mall literally on the doorstep with all the shopping you could ever want , there is a big Carrefour where I done my shopping and the 3rd floor there are all fast food outlets and chain restaurants if thats your thing.
