Although bijou the studio had everything that you could need including cleaning products and teabags, coffee pods and madeleines.
It was clean, very comfortable and in a central location with easy access to bars and restaurants.

The cottage, situated a few meters from the owners villa, feels new and very modern. Everything you could wish for is there in terms of kitchen, TV etc. The cottage has two floors.. first floor kitchen, living area. Small but charming and well thought out. Top floor is bedroom. A bed on one side and sink/mirror on other side.
One thing to note, as it may matter more to some than others: The toilet is on top floor.. opposite the bed. There is no door, only a wooden half-size swing-style saloon partition. So there is basically zero privacy when you are visiting the WC. It was fine for us but worth noting for anyone where this could be a sensitive issue.

I used Pour Une Agreable Pause au Parc for one night only. I arrived late but,owner Jean Marc was waiting for me to direct me to the locked underground garage and show me to the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will use again in addition it’s only a few minutes away from motorway so it great when you are travelling from north to south. Highly recommend

He has restored the manor house and runs it in a friendly, rather eccentric manner. It has all the facilities needed for a comfortable short stay.
It's an easy drive into Alençon for dinner.
completely independent property, ideal for families or groups who like traditional farmhouse self catering accommodation. eating locally is another option. We would stay again if traveling through this part of France.
Room was charming with an ensuite bathroom although with a shower attachment over a bath. Not the most ideal arrangement but okay for a short stay. Breakfast was in the main kitchen/dining room and was a really good selection of pastries, bread and jams - very French and served with decent coffee!
Lovely old manor house, full of character and not "over restored".
We had a problem with a flat car battery and the owner could not have been more helpful.
A most unusual place, not like anywhere I have ever stayed. More like a cross between a brocante, and artist's studio and a museum. The building is amazing and being renovated with an artist's eye.
Breakfast was taken at shared tables which gave us a chance to talk to other guests.
Parking was perfect and the reason we chose this location.
Staying here was an experience unlike any other.
