Beauvais is a lovely town and la petite beauvaisienne one of its best assets. Built in 1480 and one of the few buildings in Beauvais to survive ww2, this gem of a house immediately feels homely with all the bits that you need and more with some of its retro decor both pretty and amusing.
It is located within a 5/10 minutes walk of restaurants, bars, patisseries, supermarkets, boutique shops and the town square. The cathedral is at the end of the street and well worth a visit.
The train into Paris is easily found another 10 minutes further on and cost 15 euro single journey and takes about 1hr 15 mins to get there.
The house is clean, comfortable, quirky and has tea/ coffee/ towels provided. An issue with hot water was addressed and sorted within minutes.
We hope definitely to return and enjoy this gem for longer than one night next time.

very good location, almost center of the town. we spend a night here to catch the early flight next morning, all went smooth and the apartment is very nice, we cook there and it feel like home.

When we entered the accommodation it felt like we were at home, the lamp was on and the TV too. We felt we were welcome. It was easy to find the place and get the key, the communication with the owner was great, the appartement was ready at 1 p.m. The entrance, kitchen and room are not big but they are very cosy. You can find everything (or almost everything) in this appartment, just like at home. There were shampoos, shower gels, even toothpaste and toothbrushes, things we have at home. We watched films on Netflix. The airport is about 10 minutes walking distance, convenient when you have early flights (that was our case). Some bread, cereals, chocolate cream, milk, tea, coffee, sugar was provided. Great for a little breakfast. It was warm inside, we were happy to stay there.
