It is in a great position for the city centre. It is the top flat in an older building so the stairs are a bit of a challenge, but it shouldn't stop you staying there! It is modern in its decor, and good value.

Check-In and Check-Out are very easy. We were heartly welcomed by the host who explained us everything and gave us useful information how and what we should visit in the City.
The center is only a 15 minutes walk.
And the parking inside the secured front of the house is perfect.
The host delivered the breakfast in a little basket at the exact time.

Nicely decorated appartment, great location (free parking on the square 5 mins walk, 10 mins walk from the strict center, very close to the beautiful river Sarthe), with a nice little terrace. Pretty much everything was thought off. I'd love to come back.

Great little chain hotel in Arnage on the outskirts of Le Mans. The rooms are "basic" ensuite - but very clean and comfortable. There is a reastaurant on site which serves very reasonable evening meals and breakfast. It also has secure car parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming and made the stay a pleasure. Great place for a stopover or short stay.
