When we arrived we noticed that the apartment which we thought we had reserved was on the sixth floor with no elevator. The stairs were very narrow, impossible to bring up bags. The apartment as stated in website was a room not an apartment. I request that I get a refund as I did not accept the room. The host was very nice and understood that we could not climb all those stairs with luggage. We also feel that it was misleading to believe we were getting a small apartment when it was actually a room.

It was very peaceful and in a nice part of the lake. It is also brand new and everything was spotlessly clean! Kitchen is also fully equipped. Also beautiful mountain view from the 2nd floor of the loft (bedroom).

Being in a pedestrian street creates a bit of a complication for mobility impaired people. But we got thru it. The parking pass was a big plus!

The view out over the lake and it’s surroundings with a terrace to sit out on. Close to cycle path around lake. Parking provided outside appartement which was secure

The apartment is well equipped to a high standard in a quiet location with a short drive to Lake Annecy. The welcome pack with drinks was very much appreciated. Off-road secure parking was a real bonus.
This was an excellent unit with everything provided for the stay. Parking is provided for on-site at no additional cost.
It is located in the outer suburbs of Annecy, but fairly quiet compared to the main city.
The apartment had a small patio {with a table and chairs} which was excellent for the evening meal outside.
The Host came to bring us the key and explained everything in detail and was quite happy to give us a 2-hour deferred checkout
