The views!! On either end of the boathouse we enjoyed stunning views of the landscape and the charming town of Hósvik. Our stay was fantastic, the space was so bright, clean, peaceful and comfortable. Gunnbjørn was a wonderful host, we loved meeting him and learning about the history of the boathouse. Watching the locals row their boats from the balcony in the evenings was a treat, and I took incredible pictures of the sunrise every morning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Faroe Islands...we hope to return someday!!

Look no further - this apartment is where you want to stay in Tórshavn! The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to downtown. There is off street, onsite parking & a neighborhood grocery/bakery right next door. Both check-in and out were a breeze. Communication with the hosts was prompt and easy. You can tell they paid great attention to detail when furnishing the apartment as everything you need is right at your fingertips. The kitchen is well-equipped, WiFi strong, the decor modern and stylish, the beds comfy and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. There were even welcome drinks and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again!

The location is really ideal and the public parking so close by is helpful. It’s the perfect size for two people. The bathroom, with its large walk-in shower and heated floors felt pretty luxurious. It was also quite nice to have so many tools available in the kitchen to work with. Our host, Frank, was also fairly responsive and very kind. There are many things to like about the apartment.

The setting of the home was gorgeous, slightly raised offering a commanding view over the fjord, and the house was fantastic!! Exceeding my expectations. It was very large a full three-bedroom home and was designed with such personality and warmth. This was our favorite place of accommodation in our weeks travel of the Faroe Islands. Our only disappointment was that we never got to meet the host as he was out of the country, but he sounded for caring and warm on the phone.

It is a small one-room apartment with everything. It is located in an area where you can move around easily and visit everything. The owner is a very nice guy who always tries to make the customer happy.

The best location on Faroe Islands (we travelled all around it). House is modern, full of great views and fully stocked. Really enjoyed just having a coffee and looking at the sea. The beds were really comfy and the place was big. One of the best self accommodation flats I’ve slept in.
