I really liked my stay here. It’s a 15min walk to the sights and the little old town, but it was comfortable, and the staff was nice and responsive. Price was also reasonable. I’d stay here again.

Nice flat in a great quiet location (5 mins walk from the dock, 15 minutes from the train station). Walking distance to pretty much everything in Savonlinna e.g. 20 mins to castle, 5 mins to shops). Flat is on 2nd floor with a balcony facing the rear. Wasn't sure about the shower at first but everything worked fine. Good small kitchen and diner. Like the way 2 keys were left for us (sometimes people only leave one). Organisation was good. If you visit, do walk to the Casino island nature reserve - just over 2 walkways over the lake from the station. And have lunch at Savonlinna castle (they really make this difficult to find but just pay to enter the castle and there is a cafe/restaurant at the back of the gift shop).

Extremely clean. There was even an air conditioner in the room which was very nice. There is a nice kitchen with oven, cooktop, and refrigerator. It was stocked with coffee and tea supplies (sugar, creamer). I was able to message the property through the app let them know of our arrival time. We were met by owner to get into the apartment.

We were very disappointed to discover that the apartment that we booked was in a different location. It was not fair and upsetting.
The view from the balcony straightly upon the lake. We spent lot of time watching out and had the most relaxing time during our holidays. The flat is well equipped and very nice. We felt like at home.
The apartment fully corresponds to the description. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. There is also a sauna in the apartment. The hostess met us personally upon check-in. We really liked it and we recommend this apartment to everyone.
