The property itself was beautiful with 2 large windows opening out on to the most beautiful square with restaurants , bars and a church. We were there on a Sunday so got to experience and share a family Sunday with the warmest of Spanish people . Probably our favourite stop off experience to date . We have been coming to Spain for years with our dog cali by ferry to Bilbao and stopover somewhere different each time on our trip south to Malaga . We will definitely return to Valdepenas and blanco y Añil

We arrived late at the property and the host was really kind to rush down to meet us. There was no issue in communications as both of us used Google Translate. The host was very patient explaining the parking arrangement. Managed to park nearby free of charge. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped with clean coffee maker and toaster. Host was really kind to provide water, juice and simple breakfast. Appreciated. Location was great because the property was near the central with many restaurants.

Compact, beautifully-appointed apartment - modern with a luxury feel. Very well-equipped - washing machine and dishwasher with some tablets supplied, Nespresso coffee machine; even a folding step stool for reaching top shelves in the kitchen! Effective AC and good wifi; the fridge freezer was on and cold on arrival. Free on street parking on Calle Convento, a few metres away; 9 min walk to Plaza Mayor. Check in and entry is all online. We appreciated the complimentary wine - thank you!
It was impeccable and has all the bells and whistles of a modern apartment. Super comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve had in two weeks of travel!
José very friendly and helpful, accepted dogs;Self contained studio, the surrounding was exceptional in a park with statues of animals, parking, and not far from Valdepeñas,there is an amazing suite for newly weds beautifully furnished with antiques.
If you are travelling with your pets it is perfect. They offer apartments and hotel rooms. Once a grand establishment with restaurants and bar it now only offers accommodation and breakfast. Very quiet location and perfect for passing through with your dog/dogs. Huge grounds to walk around. Jośe who greeted us was very nice.
