The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Karla on reception desk.
The facilities were great, especially the pools.
The location was perfect. A short nature walk to the lovely beach.

The hotel was lovely, very nice reception, cleaners, lifeguards and restaurant staff were lovely.
The apartment had great size, 2 TV's in the room and living room area, all the stuff needed even to wash plates!
The place is beautiful is like a small village with beautiful
gardening and flowers and very well maintained.
There are also lots of supermarkets and shops nearby which was very handy!and the people were always very nice and friendly.

It was in a very quiet location and it was very private. The layout of the apartment was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow which was brought to us within 5 minutes. We asked for a smaller cooking pan and a brand new one was brought to us the following day. Clean towels were provided every other day and the apartment was cleaned after the first week and fresh bedding provided.

Property location is amazing. Couldn’t be closer to everything! 1 minute walk to marina , shops , restaurants bars etc!
The Complex is gorgeous end apartment with a little grassy area perfect to sit out on your loungers / chairs . Pool is amazing so clean and we had it to ourselves most days! Bring your own pool towel , apartment didn’t have any .
2 mins walk to the beach from the side gate ! Supermarket 2/3 walk so handy!
No bins in the complex but bins provided on the road round by the beach so no big deal.
Apartment is perfect for 2 could maybe do with some wine glasses & bowls that’s about all it’s missing! There is a washing machine & clothes rack also.
Max was so fantastic with contact! Anytime we needed anything he replied straight away, even accommodated us with late check out !

Superb location in lovely quiet area yet only a few minutes' walk to moonlight bar, beach, shopping and restaurant area. Exceptional service and support from Toni our host. He really went that extra mile to make us feel welcome and sort out any glitches. Broken corkscrew crisis - Toni replaced immediately adding complimentary bottle of wine. Temporary power cut - Toni sorted it. (and our neighbours brought us a pasta supper because they knew we were cooking!) He responded immediately to any messages or phone calls and always with good humour and 'can do' energy. Very nice, light, bright spacious apartment. Good bedrooms and storage. Good, efficient shower. Great little private balcony with table and chairs and additional roof terrace. Well designed and maintained compact pool with outdoor shower and communal terraces with bbq. Well equipped, if compact kitchen area and big fridge freezer - even had sharp knives! On last day there was a temporary water cut off - Toni was straight on to water company, reassured us it would be sorted within the hour - it came back on well within the hour - and he gave us the option of staying late on final day as well. We'll miss him.

Lovely apartments great breakfast lots of variety, very helpful and polite staff, very clean, fabulous pool and surroundings with a good amount of sun beds and umbrellas for shade as well as the palm trees . Great location as close to a sandy beach, local restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop so no car is needed. Air conditioning works well in rooms and the apartments facing the tennis courts are very quiet. Good UK TV channels BBC/ ITV / Sky news. Family friendly resort.
The staff at the buffet resturant were really smiley and really friendly and great with my little one. The outdoor swimming pool was kept clean and had lots of inflatables for the kids. The indoor pool was nice too.
We had a fantastic stay in Grupotel Club Menorca. We had a very comfortable apartment with a balcony and we enjoyed very much the swimming pool and the garden. It was placed in a calmed area but with all the facilities and several restaurants around.
The accommodation is really nice in a great location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The location is great, very close to the sea and in a very quiet place. The Host was etremely kind and providing useful and accurate directions and met our every neccesity with much kindness and flexibility. A fantastic holyday.
The apartment was wonderful - big, clean, a little outdated but really nice to stay in and the two terraces above were lovely! The dinner prepared for us in the fridge the first nice was also a nice welcome gift.
Overall the flat was confortable, free parking very close, market very close (we recommand Julia). Host seems nice and most probably were willing to help if we would have asked recommendations.
The TV is connected with multiple account to watch streaming.

Great location, big studio, a well maintained garden, near sea, in a quiet side of the area and 20 min walk to the Cala en Bosc where are very nice restaurants.
The breakfast had a pretty good variety including a selection of local food. Also, there are some shows in the evening and we really enjoyed the flamenco night.
