I will always tell good things about the places I visit and I trust the scoring system of booking.com almost blindly. I wonder if on a review certain issues that I have noticed could be important to other people. It is to be expected for instance that on such a property there is no elevator and there are a few stairs to climb. We stayed in a very large room in which the sleeping area was upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. We were the only guests in the place during a particularly dead time of the touristic season and yet the owner was present for all our needs

I'm a Pilgrim walking the Camino and became ill on my way to Casa da Lembranza. The host was able to let me check in early and was so kind and helpful to ensure I felt better. She even helped us to extend our stay so I could recover. This place was a true gem on the Camino.

My stay was absolutely incredible at Sons Do EO. The apartment is located in a beautiful area nestled in the hills with trails all around and the gorgeous river EO just steps away. The apartments is very well decorated and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay even including spices and olive oil! The bed was comfortable and the area is as tranquil as it comes. The host family is warm and welcoming which made my stay even more great. They are very knowledgeable about the area should you need any recommendations. Another plus is that they allow dogs so my puppy was also able to enjoy the whole vacation! The area was located perfectly so that you could be on either coast or in the mountain in just a short drive. I can't say enough good things about my stay, I already want to return! :)
